Job Overview
Work with children with autism or other developmental challenges by providing Individual or ABA therapy and implementing programming defined by an individualized treatment plan under the direction and guidance of a BCBA and/or LBS.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide ABA Therapy for children and young adults in home and community settings to support management of behavior and acquisition of new skills
- Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plan and directed by BCBA or LBS
- Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets
- Develop strong rapport with the client and family and work with caregivers to ensure the client is meeting their goals
- Communicate with supervisors on case updates, changes in schedule, and availability
- Attend regular required supervision meetings, individual supervisory sessions, and required trainings
- Maintain appropriate professional conduct and boundaries at all times, client confidentiality, and ensure timely communication with families
- Participate in all required individual and group supervision, as well as all applicable staff meetings.

What are the minimum qualifications and requirements?
- High school diploma
- Availability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule, which may include evening and weekend hours
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid background screening and clearance
- Current driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record
- Ability to complete job’s physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting, reaching, standing, kneeling, and running
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback
- One year experience working with children strongly preferred

- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA Criminal Clearance
- PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
- TB Screening (current within 3 months)
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- 40 hour RBT Task List Training
- RBT certification (if applicable)
